Return Policy
Return Period
For prepaid class bookings, refund requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the scheduled session. For physical materials purchased separately, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original packaging.
Return Conditions
Class refunds require cancellation at least 7 days in advance. Late cancellations may be eligible for rescheduling or partial refund at our discretion. Physical products must be returned in saleable condition with proof of purchase.
Return Shipping Costs
For eligible returns of physical products, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective goods. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Return Process
Contact us by email or phone to initiate a return. We will provide a return authorization and instructions. Pack items securely and ship to the address we provide. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receipt of returned items.
Non-Returnable Items
Completed candles made during workshops are non-returnable. Perishable or consumable materials such as wax and fragrance oils cannot be returned once opened. Digital or downloadable content is non-refundable after access has been granted.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a class booking up to 7 days before the session for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days may be rescheduled once at no charge, subject to availability. No-shows are non-refundable.
Refund Procedure
